Default Aftermarket front seats?

Or possibly a rework of the OEM seats?

The OEM seats are kind of uncomforatble. I've been on 2 - 3 hour trips with my 13 JKU, and it's not terrible, but I'd like something better. The OEM seat covers aren't even filled by the padding underneath, you can grab loose cloth.

Just wondering what you guys have done. There's a place near me that sells different kinds of foam. I'm thinking of getting some closed cell foam and trying to improve what's there rather than go out and buy all new seats, but I'd consider either.

I've got Mastercraft seats and there worth every penny. I drove from upstate New York to Washington with a long stop in Moab and never once had back pain.

That's a helluva testimonial! Thanks.

What's the weather like at Ft. Lewis in August? That's where I'm going for my two weeks this year. It has to be better than Camp Ripley last year, it was 95 one hour, 45 the next.

You might also consider some good seat covers. I put on some Coverking Neoprene's. In addition to providing the protection, the neoprene acts like a second layer of padding and made my seats much more comfortable. The downside is that it also made the seats hotter on my back in the summertime because they are good insulators. This might be a plus up north where it gets cold, but I live in Florida.

I have had back problems for a while now. In my old rig I installed some Corbeau seats and was surprised by how much if affected my back. So when I got the Jeep my wife got me the seats to keep me from whining about the back There are other options out there and I know the price for new seats is a put off but they really do make a huge difference.

Weather up here in August is really nice temps during the day stay in the mid 80's and some days up into the 90's. Not much rain during this time. The weather stays pretty predictable. If your bringing the Jeep hit me up we'll show you the trails
