It's probably a chop shop, they know you got money because you got a brand new Jeep and they want some of it..

Default tpms

I though all JK came with lug nuts. From what my installer said, the tpms equipment is kind of expensive and a pain to do(I dont have tpms). Sounds kind of high are they installing 35" + tires, price some other shops.

The tpms is simply the valve stem if you are reusing your old ones it is no big deal but if they are buying new ones that can add up they are approx $50-60 each.

If they are reusing your old ones all they have to do is unscrew them after they dismount the tire and they will come right off.

Sounds way to expensive to me.

Just had mine done. Mounted 5 265/75/16's on mine cost me $50. Two places gave me the same quote for it

I paid $75 for 5 17" 33's mounted and balanced which included swapping the TPMS over. It was also removing the tires from the old wheels and mounting them on the new. Oddly enough, you mentioned they are charge you for stems...but you need to keep the OEM stems to keep TPMS.

They're ripping you off. Laugh at them and walk away.

They are charging you $15 for new stems yet they are reusing your TPMS which are stems? ......are they drilling holes for the new stems so you will have 2 on each wheel .....They are screwing you.....turn and run
