Default Anyone with AEV 3.5" DualSport SC suspension???

Want to put AEV 3.5" SC suspension on my 09 unlimited sahara with 35" tires and was wondering if anyone who has similar set up has any issues with tire rub or any other problems

I had it on my 2010 rubicon unlimited and just installed it on my 2013 rubicon. I think it's the best kit out there just a little pricey.

I have it on my 12, got a stuby bumper at the same time so I don't know about the rubbing. Once you see what you actual get, you do realize it should cost like $500 less. If I would do it all over again I think I would just buy their springs, high steer kit, and procal, get bilsteins somewhere else and get a nice set of arms from metal cloak or rk.

It is kind of pricey for what you get.. But I have it and love it!

I never thought I'd be taking the Jeep over our other car but we do all the time. It is great on the highway and really good off-road. I've had no issues with the kit other than the price..

Everything is quality on the kit and it is a full nice kit. On my 08 Rubicon 6-speed Unlimited I only had to install the kit, install new rim and tires and I was good to go.

How does your 4.5 ride? I'm thinking about switching from my 2.5 but don't want to loose how sweet it drives right now.

I have it on my 2012 JKU with 35" Toyo MT tires. I like the kit and love the look of my Jeep, but....

This is my first jeep and lift so I really dont understand when people say it "drives better than stock". I only drove stock for about 2 months. I think it drives about the same.

I had a problem with my jeep pulling to the right after the lift. so bad that the shop that did the install could not align it and had to put adjustable lower control arms to make it drive straight. I am still not happy with this because the AEV lift does not require you to do this. I Had a few other people AND a few other shops look at it and all said nothing was wrong with the install. Trust me, I've been through just about every scenario. To this day, I still dont know what the problem is but decided i had to live with it for now because it really was driving me crazy. Not sure if something in the kit was defected or something on the Jeep was out of spec.....probably will never know.

I think everything is quality and it's a good kit, but for some unknown reason, my setup did not turn out right like everyone else's.

Drives really well on the highway. Not flighty or darty at all. Handles really well. I would recommend it, and hope your setup turns out better than mine.

Looking at purchasing same lift for my 2-door 2008 Rubicon. Just read on AEV site that they Recommend smaller diameter drive-shaft on auto. Glad I came across this but have talked to many people (SALESMEN) and this was not a problem, even though I did say I do not want to change or have issues with drive-shaft. Who has this lift on 2-door, what problems do you have? Thanks.
