2009 JKUR pricing.. is this an alright deal?
Alright so I am looking at a 09 rubicon and its has 35000 miles and the hardtop. The front bumper is aftermarket and has a warn 9.5TI winch. also has EVO sliders and the bottom end is loaded with aftermarket skidplates though i cant remember what brand, its all at least a 1/4'' and covers all the important stuff. Lastly is has the flat fenders already on it but stock tires only. Overall its in really good condition but like a lot of jeeps in has the little vibration at 1200-1500 rpm from the heat shield or something. It really doesnt even look like it was wheeled at all, no damage anywhere.
I am trading in my 08 JK 2 door soft top with 60000 and with trade in and cash up front i have them down to $28,098 out the door, taxes and DOC fee included. I am still trying to get them closer to 27,000 i feel, what do you guys think? Is this an alright price for the four door or should i hold out and see if they will drop more?

I just gave $23k for an 09 Rubi JKU with 38k on the ticker.. Hard top.. Poison Spdyer bumper up front, Smity on the back, rolling on pretty new 37" rubber with AEV wheels.. Nav in the dash.. Some armor underneath..
This was kind of the exception rather than the rule though.. Book on it is over $30..

Here is the kbb wholesale and retail value on what you described.
As long as the deal is set up like this:
28,xxx OTD
- trade equity
= number less than the 28 as amount financed or cash pay difference.
If they are trying to get 28xxx plus your trade then not so much a good deal.

If you have negative equity then it would go like this
28xxx OTD
+ trade deficiency
= xx,xxx
- cash down
= amount financed.

And your overall deal seems good to me.
I'm a used car manager BTW but not at a jeep dealer.
