Default Purejeep Rear Fenders - Nutsert Help?

Not sure if I need to buy an additional tool, but my pure jeep fenders came with a bunch of bolts, nutserts, washers, 2 really long thing bolt and a weird socket looking part that screws together. Click image for larger version

Can I throw these nutserts in with the stuff they gave me or am I looking at buying a tool? If not, how the hell does this thing work?

Front install was straight forward and was still able to use my inner fender skeleton and liner with some trimming. Also installed the smittybilt src rocker guards which were a pain in the ass

You can buy a nutzert tool, make one (search the web) or toss it and use reg bolts/washers. About your only options aside from borrowing a tool.

I know that I can run down to Fastenal and grab a 50 dollar tool, but Im interested in seeing how these pieces install the nutserts; kinda just want to know how it works and I cant figure it out by watching videos of diy tools.

Buy a tool. I went with the westward and the install was breeze. Nutcerts are definately something I'd rather spend a little more and be done the first time. Way too much time and aggravation fixing if you don't get it right the first time. Unless you enjoy arm pump and forearms sore for awhile, haha.
