Default 35 inch KM2s rotation???

So I rotated my tires today rears to the front and side to side swap and DAMN they are 10 times louder!!! Anyone else done this and had similar consequences?!?

Yup! It's going to do that every time you rotate them. I do a 5 tire rotation on mine every 2500-3000 miles and still get the hum. But, they are wearing dead even, so I don't have a problem doing it that often. At this rate, I'm going to get 50k miles out of this set of tires.

Mine too. Nature of the beast. The old M/T - TAKM's were 2x the howl on my dodge. The KM2's have a nice howl to em.

Haha I noticed that then it went away. Then again i hardly hear anything over my exhaust lol

Yes. I just rotated mine today for the second time and they are much louder this time! I rotate every 4000 miles or so. lol! I got a nice hum now. About 8000 miles on the tires so far.

Its normal. You may want to start rotating them more frequently to help avoid this.
