Anyone tow your jeep??
Of course its safe...
IF properly set up with the appropriate tow bar system AND braking system....
I've towed my 2008 Rubicon many mile behind the RV. My Dodge PU too.
I use a 10000# Blue Ox tow bar system and an air brake system for the towed unit.
(Most states require a trailer over 3000#s to have its own brakes - when towing a vehicle, it becomes a trailer so brakes & a break-a-way device are required)
Your local Camping World or other RV accessory store can help you properly and safely outfit your RV and Jeep for towing.
The one thing I will tell you to plan for: make sure you tow bar mounts are flush with the front bumper or you may hit them as you approach a ledge....

Yes. You need a brake system with a break-a-way device for safety and to be legal.
If you have your tow bar properly set up, it doesn't matter if you have a lift and 37" tires.
My current Jeep (no photo behind RV yet) has a 3" LA with 35" tires, tows no problem.
I've towed my 4x4 3/4 ton Dodge diesel PU with my 4x4 quad in the bed (over 8000#) and the truck sits higher then the Jeep in photo. I had an adapter raising the tow bar height so it sat level when all connected.
BUT, when I go to Moab I trailer the Jeep on my flat bed trailer instead of towing it behind the RV. I trailer the Jeep in case I break something in the axles or wheels and can't get it fixed in Moab. I can trailer the Jeep home but would not be able to tow it home behind the RV. (I've already broke a rear axle on my 2012 Rubicon at 5000 miles and had to go home to get the PU & trailer to get it home - fixed under warranty)
So, if I'm going serious Jeeping away from home (like Moab or the Rubicon in June 2014) I will trailer so I can get it home if I break it or roll it......

I tow my 2012 JK Unlimited behind my 3/4 ton suburban. With no issues. Follow the instructions in the manual. I have a shrockworks mid width bumper and the tow bar attaches easily to the dring mounts along with safety cables. No break system yet so I don't tow in mountains.
