Last week I received a hi lift in which one of the operating pins was sheared off and after one use without realizing the pin was sheared off the powder coating started to fall off and after a call to quadratec they are sending me a new jack and picking the old one up at their expense...and that sir is how customer service is done

I had the thought the other day while going through the catalogue I just received, sure some places might beat their prices by a few bucks here and there, but u can't substitute the savings for their customer service...

 

and thats EXACTLY why i spend my mod dollars with quadratec . cant beat the service .

 

They have always beat any price match i have brought to them.

 

I too get most of my mods there, like you said, can't beat their customer service.

 

Quadratec is number 1 in my book.
