Why not just spray them with some plastidip to see if you like them in black... Maybe you will like the black enough to keep them dipped until the winter so you can get the doors painted. Who knows how long the body shop will take to paint your doors... Why not send them out when you switch to your full doors and let the body shop take their time.

I actually kinda like the silver, but between the two options, I would paint to match.

I would color match or paint them black. The silver looks out of place.

Wife said paint them to match the jeep, so, paint to match the jeep is what it will be. Now I have to find a reasonable paint shop in the Kansas city/ Leavenwirth/ Lansing area........
