Default Oil pan skid with tranny protection?

Hey guys, been busy and could not keep truck of new things on the market. The last time I was looking for the oil pan and tranny protection it was two years ago and back then none of the solutions were 100% to my liking. Some were glued to the oil pan, others were too expensive and some modifications were supposed to be made. Hence, I wonder if there is any newer better products on the market that gives good protection for the underbelly for the 2010 Rubicon (with stock transfer case skid).
Thanks.

I have a lot of friends that use the Rock hard skid and it supposedly fits without issue. That one has been out for a while so I assume you discounted it for some reason. Evo makes a skid system now. Expensive but very strong. Although, I have heard a few stories about fitamint issues with holes not lining up but most of those stories were from the early releases. A buddy of mine that runs a shop had a nightmare time installing one and refuses to install anymore because that one was so bad. With that said, lots of people now run them and have good things to say. Perhaps the one my friend installed was a "one off".

And I think JCR Off-road also has a skid system that is "buildable". Haven't seen too much of their stuff in person but it looks very nice in the pics I've seen. http://www.jcroffroad.com/mm5/mercha...ory_Code=JKArm

I agree the RH 6003 work very well.

No problem. If you happen to buy something and like it, please let me know. Like you, I have a 2010 Rubi and my tranny skid is one of the recalls for fires. I refuse to put a skid "bar" on it and I still have my stock one in place since I typically do not wheel in tall grassy/leafy areas where debris can get trapped in there. But ultimately, I'd like to replace my stock tranny skid with something that extends to the oil pan. I almost bought the Rock Hard system but a bad spot while wheeling lead me to spending money on HD tie rod, DL and knuckles.

I've been looking at the M.O.R.E oilpan and trans skid. I'm not a fan of the ones that mount to the engine block (evo protec, and a few others) My first choice was the synergy suspension one but you cant mount it as a stand alone. I figured the M.O.R.E one would get the job done and I'll just add in a beefy cross member later and rock the stock tcase and gas tank skids till they get dented up to bad. Btw a buyers tip, find places that have free shipping. They may have a couple to $20 more for the product, but you'll save money in the long run because skids are heavy as hell to ship.

Indeed, I like that MORE skid and it is in reasonable price too. I think I will go for it.

That actually looks very nice. Good price too. If you do get it, let me know how install goes. I read through the directions which you can see on the Quadratec website and it looks like one 1/2" hols has to be drilled in the crossmemeber by the oil pan but that is it.
