Default Shock reservoir's mounted to wheel well

So with my last off road run I hit my rear fox 2.0 reservoir on a rock, and it bent the lower shock shaft slightly...not that badly though so luckly I don't think I'm going to have to replace the shock. But what I want to do is relocate the reservoir out of the way and on the frame or wheel well with the teraflex reservoir mount. Question is the mount I got is only for front shocks, and I have not seen anyone relocate their rear reservoirs so just wondering if I'll be ok doing this. Also do you think I'll have to get a set of longer reservoir hoses?

Think you should be good mounting to the frame, keeps everything safe and out of the way, I wouldn't think you need longer hoses

Yeah I measured the hose for the reservoirs and I think it'll be long enough to mount them in the rear section of the wheel well's. Sounds like a good idea considering my experience, just had never heard of people hitting their reservoirs off road before.
