Default Drop pitman arm stripped out sector shaft

My rc drop pitman arm stripped out my sector shaft so now I have a death wobble going on...not as violent but its there...I can see the teeth knocked down on the shaft...my question is u til I order a new sector shaft and pitman arm can I just take weld the shaft to the arm just temporary so I can drive it bc it's a daily driver

I dont thank you can change just the sector shaft you would need a new steering gear and welding I would worry about melting the seal.

Are you sure that it just didn't come loose? Mine started working itself lose a few days after I installed it because I didn't tighten it hard enough to the required torque. So I put a breaker bar on the socket with a 3 foot long cheater pipe and gave it a few more turns...death wobble gone.
