Default Dana 60 build and swap

After wheeling my jeep a bit on 40s and messing up my steering box I decided it was time for hydro assist and after sitting around and shopping I figured I'd might as well swap gears cause the 5.13s were close but I could use more so then I decided I should speed up the future plans of running 60s instead of spending even more money on my Dana 44s so here is how this new project is starting with my 08 Rubicon done up with rustys 5.5 long arm, 2 inch spacers, sleeved and gusseted front, 5.13 gears and a bunch of other stuff

Blasted the 60 and set it under the front to check measurements

And parts are on order. Synergy rear axle brackets, Artec front truss and lower link mounts and 4 14 inch travel ORI air struts

No but I might add them later if I need to. I read a few write ups from some guys running the ori struts and they said that after getting them tuned right they were amazing.
