Default Bestop Supertop NX Issues!

Hey everyone, I just got a bestop Supertop NX and I must say, the instal sucked to much and it doesn't fit well. The front header doesn't fit well and the 2 front corners seam to stick up. Water comes in both front corners and soaks my interior... Check out the photos... Any advice???! Should I have got a Trektop?

Sorry to hear ur having problems... First time I did my Trektop NX it sacked too but I figured my own easier way.... I also used to leak but now I don't. My main leak was by my back doors but a small adjustment to the way I installed and it was gone. Now ur header, mine pops up on the pass side but it doesn't leak (fingers crossed) I would contact bestop and bring this to their attention.

Installed my trektop nx not long ago. Since then it hasn't not rained every week. Yesterday night we had a pretty big downpour, no leaking whatsoever. Theyre not designed to leak so its either not properly installed or its defective.

Wow. That looks like total shit! I would be so mad I would be blowing up their phones non stop until I got a replacement or my money back. That fit and finish is totally unacceptable.

Sent from the fast lane while driving one handed.

Yea, and with how much of a pain in the ass it was to put on, the thought of having to return it and get a new one and put a new one on is ridiculous... but if this one is defective i guess I have no choice...

Hey, I have the same problem...only worse. Check out the corners on this guy. I've tried everything. Measured all bars and gaps..I'm lost. Plus, the material is beginning to deteriorate and I don't know why. I've had this top installed for 4months. Not happy with the quality. I don't know if the figment problem is on my end. Let me know how u make out. You could save some frustration for a lot of us.

Did your top come with a bestop windshield header. My top did NOT. I'm not sure if I was suppose to get one.

I have the same problem and I am on my third top from them. Each one had a different problem, but they gladly sent me replacements. I am just giving up now because it is such a pain in the ass to put on and put together. I just put a cover over my jeep now at work when I know it's going to rain. They are happy to deal with you, as long as you call and talk to Rick, if a woman answers ask to talk to Rick, because all she says is "I'm sorry we can't help you, we don't send tops to customers directly from the factory." Which is total BS because I've gotten three. I hope you get the problem solved, I wondered if I should have just dropped the extra $$$ to get a Mopar one.
