Default Poison spyder hood louver?

Im thinking about buying the Poison Spyder hood louver. What do you think of it? Would you buy it or not and why. I like the looks of it but I want to know if it functions well and how easy it is to instal.

Install is pretty easy as long as you're not afraid of cutting a perfectly good hood

I absolutely love my hood and if I got another Jeep I would do it again in a heart beat

I've had my eye on one too...they look freakin awesome. I figured they would be fun to install because of the bracing on the under side of the hood?

After holes were cut the edges and squares got cut a little straighter (^before photo)

Hard to tell obviously in photo but all 4 Vector Off Road UFO's are color matched too

No regrets! It was fun cutting the hood and I still smile looking out on it. I can def see the heat escaping.

I just installed one last week. I would do it again as well. They look really nice and it was worth the time spent.

Looks great and functions well for letting air flow through the engine bay. If you are afraid to cut your Wrangler hood and just want the look, Bestop makes a fake Louver.

Love mine! Just don't try doing the cutting with a Dremel. Burnt the sucker up before switching to my 4 1/2" grinder!

I love my louver. Had it painted to match too. Looks great and functional on the trail and on the road.
