Default Identifying brackets- part of my frame or bumper??

So I just uninstalled my warn elite bumper off my 12 jk and can't seem to identify if the brackets marked in red are part of my original frame or were they part of the Warn bumper brackets?? A little help, cause I'm getting ready to sell the warn bumper I just took off! Thanks!!!
