I had it and loved it. I just switched to a hi-tuck due to my type of wheeling where the Gibson was bound to get crushed eventually. I do suggest adding a vibrant ultra quiet resonator in place of the factory one for best sound.

I have had mine for over a year now and of all places found mine at a thrift store for half of retail. I love them for cruising around town, but for highway they can get quite annoying quick. At idle mine kind of have a V8 rumble to them but over all, if you found them cheap enough and want alot of noise, they are perfect, just my opinion.

How far out do your tips stick? was getting recoil of the exhaust into the jeep with the back window up.

Bought it, installed it, took a quick test run and headed straight back home to pull it off immediately. Obnoxiously loud and at highway cruising speeds the droning sound is unbearable. To each their own I guess. The fellow jeeper I sold it to removed it shortly after installing as well and the original seller I bought it from removed it for the same reason. There's a reason why it's so easy to find a used Gibson exhaust

if you want Gibson get the single vice dual. Been running the single for about 4 years now.
sound is not overwhelming. sounds good. rumbles fairly well when backing off. I'm second owner on mine. Lets face it when you move to an exhaust like this one of the reasons is for
the sound.

I have had the Gibson Dual Exhaust on my 3.6L for over a year and 20K miles. I personally love it. I can see where some may say its loud on the highway but in all honestly, if you don't want a loud exhaust then you wouldn't be looking at this set-up. I have a loud motorcycle so this to me in comparison, I hardly notice it anymore. I drove 16 hours to Florida with it and didn't mind it at all. It has a nice little rumble at idle. I would recommend it!

I have a Flowmaster 40 dual cat-back and it's moderate loud/raps/burbles and there is no drone--ever

The length of the secondary exhaust pipes is what will determine the "DRONE" resonance
