Default Skip 33in tires, 34in tires, and just go 35's. Lighter weight ***Added Pictures***

My goal was to run as big enough tires for trails and some off road camping. I wanted big tires but was concerned the extra weight stressing out the stock JK. I had to make sure I didn’t use wheel spacers. I also drive about 50 miles a day and this is my daily driver and wanted to keep it as budget friendly as possible thus I was only getting a set of 4 tires. I had several options in mind and as follows:

**Stock Rubicon Wheel/Tires weighs just 75 lbs**

Stock 17in rims –What I have currently
• 17in Stock Rims Weighs 27lbs
• 255/75/R17 Stock SRA Tire Weighs 36lbs
• Total Weight is 63 lbs

Stock 17in rims – I like this a lot and the installed price around $1100
• 17in Stock Rims Weighs 27lbs
• 255/80/R17 KM2 is 33.3x10 R17 Tire Weighs 54lbs
• Total Weight is 81 lbs

Stock 17in rims – Another attractive choice but almost $1350 installed for just 4 tires.
• 17in Stock Rims Weighs 27lbs
• 285/75/R17 KM2 is 33.9x11.3 R17 Tire Weighs 62lbs
• Total Weight is 89 lbs

Stock 17in rims – Not that good on street, but love the look. Wasn’t convinced the $1250ish was worth it.
• 17in Stock Rims Weighs 27lbs
• 34/10.5/R17 SuperSwamper LTB is 33.8 x10.3 R17 Tire Weighs 58lbs
• Total Weight is 85 lbs

Level 8 Tracker 15in aluminum rims—Loved that it would have been $1490ish delivered
• 15in Rims Weighs 20lbs
• 35/12.5/R15 KM2 is 34.8 x12.5 R15 Tire Weighs 61lbs
• Total Weight is 81 lbs

Level 8 Tracker 15in aluminum rims—Loved the price $1333.00 delivered and the extreme light weight.
• 15in Rims Weighs 20lbs
• 35/12.5/R15 Dunlop Mud Rover is 34.5 x12.5 R15 Tire Weighs 58lbs
Total Weight is 78 lbs

I ordered the 15in Level 8 Trackers with Dunlop Mud Rovers. I received a $200 dollar rebate, so my end price will be $1133.00 for 4 rims and 4 tires. The most amazing thing is that that setup weights almost identical to stock Rubcon setup and lighter than the KM2's in 33in. CRazzy.

NO TPMS Sensors purchased because the chip I plan to purchase deletes the check engine light and recalibrates the speedometer.

Tire package arrived as so:

Trim rear pinch seams

I got about 9 3/4in of ground clearance on stock tires

The tires look huge and big thumbs up on simple and efficient packaging

Tires say 40psi max and were delivered with 33psi
They measured about 34in NOT on Jeep

Mounted on the Jeep they were about 33.5in tall

The ground clearance is now about 10 3/4 or 11in

Note: I have and will continue to run my stock suspension. Worse case I get some 4 door Rubi coils/shocks

One down

Done

I drove at least 30 miles thus far and the Check Tire Preasure light is not turning on.
The JK dashboard is behaving as if I had purchased the TPMS sensors which I did not and my receipt confirms I did not. Im happy I dont have that check tire turning on just curious...

Wow that sucks you only got 33.5??

I got 34.5 out of mine. I also set the procal to 34.5 and the speedo matches my Speed app on my I phone as well as my Tom Tom GPS
