Default Bestop Tonneau cover no top-Is it ok

I am traveling this holiday weekend and want to take the top off and travel with just the tonneau cover on the rear for my luggage. Is it okay to travel this way or will the tonneau be destroyed

Most of the time I roll naked with just a Tonneau cover. I haven't had any problems and it kind of hides my stuff.

I have half doors and the rear tonneau cover. I have been using it for over a month now on the highway everyday and it has held up amazing. It is waterproof under it, doesn't flap any (not noticeable to me), and hides my laptop and tools.
