Default Rear License Plate Relocation/ Plug???

Alright folks, I need some help!

I've installed my new Teraflex rear bumper and tire carrier. It looks great with one exception... the carrier's locking latch hides several numbers on my rear licence plate which will now force me to relocate the plate. My problem is that I don't want to leave an ugly hole on the body of my JK once I remove the license plate and its 'housing'. I know that this 'plug' exist, but where can I source them?

I know several of you have probably addressed this problem. What did you do?

Yeah, you can buy it from your dealer. European JK's come with it stock.

I would leave it covering some of the numbers/letters. That way when someone trys to call in your licence to the cops b/c you drive like me, they won't be able to get all of the numbers/letters.

the problem is... for those of us that like to indulge in a little liquid refreshment (every now and then) hidden numbers on plate could either call for a fix-it ticket or the "death sentence."
