Default cheaper alternatives for MOPAR rock rails w/ slider??

Hey guys

I have been eyeing the mopar rock "rub" rails w/slider for awhile now but cant get past the $600+price tag of them

Are there any cheaper alternatives that are basically the same thing?

I checked out the ace sliders and wasnt a fan of the look without rubi rails (which i dont have..). Also looked into the body armor rockcrawlers and wihle they had the "rubi rail w/ slider" look going on, they mounted lower to the body than the mopar ones.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

You can find them on craigslist. Heck I would sell you my takeoffs like new condition for $150 if you were close by.

Ya I see takeoff rubi "rocker guards" on craigslist all the time but have yet to see any of the ones with the slider rails on there. I still want some sort of step

I would give you $150 in a heartbeat.

Anyone in reasonable distance from Nashville want to make a sale? .;-)

I have the ace rails and kept my stock rubi rails. The Ace slider works great as a step. If you get the weld-on ones the will sit closer to the rocker and work as a step.

You can or have someone weld a tube step to a stock rubi rail. I have seen a few.

Be patient and diligent; you can find a set of rubi sliders on C-list or your local 4x4 shop and shouldn't pay more than a $100 for them. Then add the ace sliders

I second the Ace sliders, a bunch of local guys run them and love them. I'm probably picking up a set this weekend.
