Removed my rear tire carrier

I removed my stock tire carrier due to rubbing issues with my bumper. Caused by the stress of my tire. So my question is what can i plug the holes left by the tire bumper things, and the third brake light plug hole. Thanks

UFOs work well. Can't remember the site, but they aren't expensive and look nice. You can google it.
