What are intending to do? Do you want to remove it completely? If so its four bolts plus your end links and boom your done. Might need have to work around your exhaust or drop it to make it easier.

For those wondering why, it really doesn't do much having it on. Off road, I think having it off smooths out some joltyness as well. Little more flexy, but not much. I tow my boat with the rear "sway bar" off, no issues.

And yeah, just the four (5/8" I think) Bolts

Very easy

I have ran my old TJ without sway bars with no issues.

I am tempted to take them off of my JKU but don't have a need for it yet.

If you wanna bring it by my place, we can take it off in about 5 minutes. Its just 4 frame side bolts and 2 on the axle.

We don't have front or rear sway bars. Very easy to remove, it does have a ton of body roll when cornering but drive slower and expect it to happen and you will be fine.
