Describe what you mean by it seems a bit "loose". Do you hear clunks? Is is just a soft ride? Is the steering flighty? You might want to consider at least doing front lower adjustable control arms to correct your caster setting. If you could describe the issue you are feeling we can help get you dialed in.

Still stock control arms. I have a new track bar but really didn't adjust it. It drives straight after the alignment just feels like its floating I guess like I might loose control. It's hard to describe. When I had the 2.5 in it drove like a car. Now it just feels diff. Maybe it's just because I'm higher. How do I adjust the track bar. I have the eye bolt screwed all the way in. Is that wrong? Help. There is not jeep places by me that I can take it to. Just 4 wheelparts.

Sounds like How mine drove as soon as I got it from the shop. Now that it's been on for 7 months I'm very used to it and feel like I have 100% control over it. Honestly I havent even thought about how floaty I used to think it drove until reading this post.

As you lift higher, the axle pinions angle further up, which lowers the caster, which causes 'flightier' handling. The higher you lift, the lower the caster goes, and the flightier the handling gets.

If you decide to correct the caster, your options are Cam Bolts, CA Brackets, longer/shorter Fixed control arms, or Adjustable control arms. Research them to decide which is best for you, but a set of adjustable control arms gives the best flexibility.

For the trackbar, go to RE's website, find that lift, and click the link to the install. Or, go up to the writeups area, stickied at the top is an index, find the DIY Alignment writeup.

Just looked at re's site. That lift comes with Cam Bolts for caster correction. Were they installed? If so, was the caster adjusted?

We would recommend adding front lower control arms to gain back caster for sure! Then go from there as your budget allows. The next addition would be an adjustable front track bar.....

Hope that helps get your rig to your liking.

I had the same issue after installing my lift kit 3.5" superflex The rear upper control arms were missing from the box so I kept the stock ones on and my jeep was very "loose" swaying side to side just a bit. Once I received the rear upper control arms and installed them the issue went away.
I would recommend you contact RE support first to discuss this with them
