Can someone please tell me if i can run 265/70R17 tires with 3:21 gears? It is an auto transmission.

welcome to the forum.
Seems like many say it's fine, go for it. I have to say it's doable however you are going to see a decrease in performance., and unless you change you're shift points, it's going to be hunting when driving, especially on hills.
Granted the 265's will be only about 2" larger, but they will also carry more weight.
I bought the wife an 07 JKU back in Oct 06, with the auto with 4:10's and 245/75/16's. Other than an AEV front bumper and a few other dodads it's stock. It drives OK but sometimes on these Pa. hills and back roads, it can't get out of it's own way. I could not tolerate tires 2" larger with more weight in her auto with 4:10's, but I guess that's just me.

What year? If you have a 3.8, just reach down and press the OD Off button when you find yourself shifting in and out.
