Default popping noise while full locked left or right/ and popping when fully flexed.

Alright so i have searched and searched, and looked all under my jeep with no evidence of harsh rubbing. I recently had a teraflex 3 inch full flex arm, and adjustable front track bar. JE reel Drive shaft. 4.56 gears, and sleeves and gussets. When ever i am on the trail in 4lo and am fully locked left or right there is a loud popping binding noise. Also when i fully flex out the front left wheel and it comes back up there is a loud pop. The jeep has 14k miles on it. the trail was loose dirt so the tires can slip fine. Any input is appreciated. all U joints feel tight. track bar is tight. Lift and all parts have about 2k miles on them.

Look at your disconnects. Se if you are rubbing on the links when disconnected.

I had a "popping " sound too when fully flexed, front left tire up, rear right up. It turned out the rear (stock) drive shaft was hitting my rock hard gas tank skid. Not sure if you have same issue, but thought I'd mention it.

So the popping noise, and seeing the wheel and tire look like it is getting hung up while turning is normal? That just seems like a broken part waiting to happen. Thank you for the help.

I noticed that they seem to rub a little but no harsh marks on them, and the noise sounds more than knobs on a tire rubbing.

When I heard mine rub there for the first time I thought my front locker or ring and pinion was going out. Loud pop, pop, pop sound. A quick pop, pop, pop even at a crawl speed. Anyway, just thought I would throw it out there. You never know. Good luck, hope you find it and it's an easy fix.

that sounds about what it is. even barely at a crawl if i flex and turn full lock same thing. several pop's until i turn back. ill just zip tie them away vs using the teraflex brackets that came with the lift. Any idea on the popping while flexing and then when it flexes back up? just one pop and everything is fine. My guess is it is the coil coming out of place and popping back in.

Thank you for the help though
