Default 33" tires on 3" lift

I have a 2013 Moab on 33" duratracs. With stock suspension. Would 33" tires be too small with a 3" lift? Please help

IMO yes. I have 2.5" lift and 35's with cut flares and i could go down an inch if i wanted. Unless you're planning to go 35's or more in the future, really no reason for 3". But its your jeep Wouldn't be the worst thing in the world tho.

X3 - I'm running 37's with a 3 inch and there's still a lot of gap with flatties. All you need for 33's is a leveling kit. Some don't even do that.

I would go leveling kit as well, very happy with that combo on mine.

Here's what I'm running:

4" 2-Door Coils on my 4-Door netted me essentially 3" of lift.

285/70/17 BFG A/T KO tires on stock wheels with 1.5" RC wheel spacers.

Yes, 33" tires will look small on a 3" lift. Here are two pictures of my Sahara on 33's. The first picture is with the TeraFlex 1.5 Leveling Kit, the second with the TeraFlex 2.5 Budget Boost.

The TF BB took the squat out of the rear for a perfect stance.

With the leveling kit can you tell much of a difference in height of jeep?
