Is anyone running this bumper or barricade front bumper?

 

We've got it installed on 2 of our JK's. What can I help you with? Installed pics? Quality? Install pointers? What's included with it?

 

Install pics, estimated weight, quality of product and how it affect mpg please. I know its a jeep but its my DD and i travel lots of interstate for runs. Thanks

 

I am interested in the weight of this bumper as well and whether it would affect front ride height on a completely stock 2013 Rubicon unlimited. Also, what is the maximum size light that can be mounted on the light mounts? Seriously considering buying this bumper.

 

I went ahead and posted the weights below the pictures in this reply. We haven't seen a huge change in ride height with the front bumper, but I'm sure if you add a winch and lights as well there might be a small drop. I'll have to try and throw a set of lights on and let you know what the largest light we can fit is. Give me a day or so!

Sure! Here's pics of the front/rear installed on one of our own JK's. I just walked out and snapped a few with my iPhone, sorry for the crappy quality. I'll see if we can source some higher quality installed photos for the site, soon.







As for weights, Barricade's JK Rear Bumper is roughly 110 lbs w/tire carrier another 48 lbs. Barricade's Rock Crawler Front Bumper for the JK is 79 lbs. So far the quality has been really good, especially at the price point. I haven't seen any real noticeable change in MPG's, but then again we threw a lift and tires at our JK when it went on and I couldn't attribute a loss in MPG's to the bumper. Hopefully that's the info that you're looking for. Hit me up if there's absolutely anything else that you need!

 

I like the look of this bumper and the price is good. Anyone have pics of it without a winch? Or how it looks from The top. I'm not sure if it would look odd without one.

 

What is the hitch rated at?

 

Is there any protection to the electronic swaybar?

Is the winch cable supposed to go through the slot? You show the cable dangling over it.

Is the spare tire mount height adjustable? (edit: never mind. I checked out XT's site and the picture seems to indicate it is adjustable.)
