Default Removal of stock tie rod clamp?

I'm trying to install the Synergy tie rod clamp as part of the SS relocation kit, but how the heck do I remove the stock clamp? (2013 JKU)

What are you having trouble with? Remove a couple nuts, and the u-bolts slide right out.

There's 2 that were used. One is clamped other the 2 u-bolts.

I was able to pry it enough to get it off around the thinner end of the TRE.

Mine looks like I'll have to remove the tie rod to slide it off.

hmmm.. i just used a big flat head to expand the u-clamp.

i also upgraded my adjusting TR sleeve to a newer one that can be adjusted with a wrench not like the old crappy one on my 2007
