Default Stock spring lift question

My '08 JKU X has 15/16 springs in the front and 58 springs in the rear. It has a soft top and no heavy add-on equipment. What kind of front lift can I expect if I go to 18's? What kind of rear lift can I expect with 59's?

Minimal at best. If your wantjng to see aift you can notice you need to go with a leveling kits. The weight difference for springs is maybe hundreds of pounds, not going to net you anything worth while.
