ATTENTION Support the Jeep Wave FANS: Our Jeep Wave Decal logo has been STOLEN. Please do not purchase any items (Decals, Shirts, Hats, etc) from anyone other than JeepWaveDecals@yahoo.com. The use of our Design is not authorized by anyone else and has been illegal used. Legal action will be taken!

I completely understand your frustration but, unless it was trademarked it was not stolen. It might have been copied and even sold and marketed as original. Sorry but this happens in this day in age. It has happened to me and I've also done it. Anyone wanting or even needing to make a few bucks can do it without recourse.

Yup, I have been victim of this as well....little to nothing you can do about it. it sucks, but it is what it is. In my instance, a buddy and I came up with a name and logo only to have someone else claim a web address and try to sell us the rights.

As you don't own the copyrights to a human hand print or the jeep grille/lights symbol I can't imagine how you would be able to enforce this...sorry to break it to you but you should really reconsider spending any money in court/legal fees on this - you won't come out ahead. I am a creative director and work in advertising/marketing law often - save your money - just some friendly advice.
