Default wheel to wheel rectangular tubing rocker guard/step - who makes them?

Folks,
I saw these on a local Jeep and caught up with the owner, but he couldn't remember the manufacturer, just where he got them. Anyone recognize them?

the mounting doesn't look very strong, you want to tie to the frame or at least the body mounts like the ACE rockers do.

They bolt to the pinch seam and bottom of the tub line the rubi rails do but it looks like they have more leverage over the thin metal.

Decent looks, but I don't think the functionality is there for really bashing into rocks like many people on here like to do. If you're just looking at light wheeling or a step then you could be fine.

Look at the welds on them....looks like a small production, maybe garage built?
