Would I need an exhaust spacer for that lift size/ I also have an aftermarket mbrp cat back will that change anything (over axle exits in the same spot)

It all has to do with the amount of down travel your kit provides. I had spacers on a few of my suspension setups and even at 3" of lift it wasn't enough to keep the driveshaft off the exhaust.

Most catbacks connect after the Y pipe, which is where the problem is.

Will there be a problem getting an exhaust spacer since I have an aftermarket or will it be the same?

Same. Your exhaust should have no effect on the Y-Pipe

Your exhaust spacer may cause some fitment issues with your exhaust lining up correctly on the hangers. Mine did. It was a very tight fit. It bothered me so I removed the spacers and I'm currently running without them with no issues. If or when my driveshaft fails I will get an Adams shaft. That will correct two problems which is the exhaust clearance and the pinion angle: I am running a tf 2.5 coil lift

With more lift would it be more of an issue? I'm looking at the rk 2.5 and I know they net more lift thank advertised.

It all depends on the shock length. Only way to know is to droop and flex the front axle and check clearance.

Also FYI, I had exhaust spacers, aftermarket shaft and I was still sitting on the exhaust at full extension(3-3.5" lift.) I ended up spending the money on an AFE Y-Pipe which put that pipe behind the crossmember and no longer had any issues.
Whoever installs it, have them keep an eye on whats limiting your down travel on the lift(It shouldn't be the driveshaft/exhaust)

Another option too:

I run this and a driveshaft.
