Default 1.5 or 2 inch lift?

Ok so I have a 2007 jk And it is my daily driver. So I was thinking of putting a small lift on it eventually.. So is there even such thing as an inch and a half lift or as little as 2 inch? Opinions? Feedback?

I went straight to a 2.5" coil lift. I saw too many who ended up selling their budget boosts and levelling kits a year later and getting a full kit after they wheeled a few times.

Mine is strictly a DD, only logging roads once and awhile. I have a 2 inch Black Diamond BB. I'm pretty happy with mine. I run 285/70R17 Duratracs and like the look. I really can't go any higher or it wont fit in my garage. If you just goig for a look a BB is just fine.

I just bought the mopar stage 3 and are waiting for its delivery but I saw they had 2 different style 2 inch lifts if you wanted to look there. I didn't look at the price and don't know your budget. But it's a place to start

I have the Rancho 3" sport lift and the 9000XL adjustable shocks. Very close to stock ride, with the shocks I can make it a soft ride or more stiff close to factory a ride ( handling) . By going with a 1.5-2" lift you may regret not going bigger. Hope this helps!

BTW........ It's also my DD. MPG are still decent, but we don't buy Jeeps BC of the outstanding gas mileage we get.

That would be nice to be able to adjust for road and offroad use... I'm assuming that's how you do it? I don't know much about lifts and lift kits. I mean I have installed them before but I just don't know all the different kinds and options.

Synergy has a 1.75" front and .75" rear coil spacer that will give you a bump up and level. The kit is $65 and if you are just a daily driver with no off road, it will be all you need.

I have the TF 1.5" leveling kit on mine, and I'm very happy with it. It is perfect for my 99.9% paved road Jeep, rides nice and looks good with the 33's I have on it.
