I know I'm not giving you the answer you want, but I'm using Synergy TR assembly. I'm very happy and pleased with it! Give Northridge a call! Good luck! Sorry I couldn't answer your OP!

Are you talking about Carolina Metal Masters 7075 setup? It's a very nice piece. I personally know Brian the owner and he does great work. I run their tie rod and draglink with no issues. Another guy we wheel with physically ripped the ss off the same tierod in Harlan with no damage to the tr. I've bent mine in S shapes many times with no issues as well. Always snaps back into shape! Pm me if you have any questions about their stuff.

Im pretty sure they use solid bard for their kit. If you preload the threads properly you wont have an issue. Many people have been using 7075 control arms on buggies and race cars for years.

Solid 7075 round stock with no bung welded in. They are solid though.

no need to worry about the threads if you keep the jam nuts tight. That tie rod is pretty much bullet proof.

Since the tie rod takes a lot of hits, I like the flexibility of aluminum. I personally run RK
