Does anybody know where I can get a jeep grill emblem with the American flag in the letters?

This guy took the decal from All Things Jeep and cut it to fit over the JEEP logo.

Maybe try that.

That's what I'm looking for. But I don't want to use stickers because they will come off when I go mudding or wash the jeep

You could always buy the decal, which these days are a much better quality than years ago, especially if vinyl, cut it to fit your emblem and then spray it with a clearcoat type stuff to make it more durable. Between the paint and decal it's under $15, might be worth a try.
