Default Rock krawler lift with fox shocks

I this weekend my brother and I installed the rock krawler x factor lift kit with the fox 2.0 shocks I was guided to these shocks over the bilstein by north ridge 4x4 I am every happy I went with the fox shocks, after a full weekend of installing the lift. When I finally got the jeep out to drive over the bumps and ruts in the roads of western mass i felt like the vehicle tracked, and responded to the bumps better than stock

. Glad to hear this set up worked well for you. I have the fox 2.0s installed and the x-factor kit in my garage waiting. Hopefully I can find time soon to finish the install, then drive it like I stole it!

After doing tons of research and talking to Dave at northridge, this is the route I will be taking as well. I may end up going with a resi-fox shock but not sure yet.

Please post some pics!

I run the 3.5" x factor, if you plan on wheeling it be sure to cycle it and add appropriate bump stops. If not your shocks will not last long. This lift is essentially endless with flex and the shocks wear quickly when used as bump stops and/or limiting down travel.

Default shocks

I have Fox Shox w/my BDS lift and feel they work very well.

I am working on upgrading to RK control arms which should give me more flex over stock, but I'll wait until I destroy the stock arms first
