I am running 33x11.5 in stock 17 wheels and an wondering what pressure I should be running

That's going to depend on the weight of you rig mostly. The most accurate way to set tire pressure is with a chalk test. you need some flat pavement a piece of sidewalk chalk. Scribble the chalk down on the road in front of the tires and then roll forward at least one full tire revolution through the chalk and examine the marks on the road. Then adjust the pressure so that you're getting an even and uniform "chalk print"

That being said I run 32 psi in my 35x12.50 KM2's.

I run 32psi on the road in my jkur with 33's. I find that even tho you might give up a little mpg (not much but some) it is better handling and better riding vs higher psi. I could probably go lower but it handles great and is smooth at 32psi and tires are wearing perfect.
