Hey guys. On my 07 jku rubi. I have the 3.5 mid arm X factor kit. The rear track bar rubs the passenger coil spring just a HAIR, and the coils are sitting on a bit of a slant, I know that the kit moves the rear axle back a bit. Is this normal and does anyone have any input on this ? Check out the pics. Not sure if you can really tell.

Also guys another question. Sounds stupid but damn I'm stumped. When I make left turns I feel a rubbing noise and vibration, and sometimes it kicks the traction control on....I already removed my rear bumper ( it rubbed ), I have 1.5 spacers and I've checked everything even with a go pro and I can't seem to figure out what the hell is causing this issue

I shortened my control arms until I can replace the coil perches with some that align the coils back up and I'm also going to move the frame side trac bar bracket back an inch, so its not in a bind. Also thinking of new brackets for the shocks. My shocks only have about 1/4" clearance from the axle side tracked bar bracket. If you don't already have them, you could try correction wedges under the springs. That helped mine a little.

The rubbing sound, sounds like you need to straighten your steering wheel. It is actually you traction control trying to correct a slide. There are a lot of threads on this.

I had the front end aligned and the steering wheel was corrected at the same time at the 4x4 shop by me :(

This can be real touchy. I had to adjust mine 3 times before I hot it right and I'm using a pro-cal. If that's not it, I have no idea. Good luck.

You adjusted the double adjusters so the curve faces away from the diff/coil ?

Option #2 would be to double shear the frame mount.

As far as that noise you hear when you make a left turn, is it when you turn the wheel fully? My 37" front driver side mud terrain tire was rubbing the front lower control arm on the driver side. The side lugs on the tire were making a horrible noise against it. I added some washers to the steering stop. I have the same RK kit. I installed with a friend and have a few slight bugs to work out so I decided to call Smashboogie4x4 for a hand. They seem like great guys and even drive to your house to check out your Jeep first. They are working on mine tomorrow. I will try to keep you posted.

I got the 2.5 x factor and had the same problem I just rotated the track bar back which helped with spring rub but I don't like the binding so Ill be moving the frame side T/B mount back.
