Default Will a 2005 3.8L out of Caravan fit my 2011 Wrangler?

I've come across a 2005 Chrysler 3.8L that came out of a Caravan. It has 7000 miles on the motor and I was thinking it maybe be a good idea to have it as a spare for my 2011 Jeep. My only concern is that will not work in my Jeep because of the engine configuration. At a quick glance they look very similar aside from the oil filler hole being else where. Will this run with my existing ECM? How similar are these motors?
Cheers,
Ed

They are a 3.1, super under powered with the van that weights a lot less, the van is front wheel drive I think so it might not even fit in the engine mounts, and you will need a new trans as well since it's not a 4wd

If you are putting in the work, consider a hemi swap.

You mean he doesn't have a 3.8L out of a 2005 van?
