funny correcting the gangster lean issue.
So I have a 2014 JKUR and installed a an AEV 2" lift shortly after getting it. The passenger side front has always been 3/4" lower then the driver side and the rears are equal on both sides. so yesterday I decided to add a 1/2" tera flex spacer to the passenger side to get them to within a 1/4". Well funny thing is the 1/2" spacer did indeed raise the passenger side up 1/2" but it also raised the driver side up 1/2" so still have you guessed it 3/4" different. Rears stayed the same. WTF is the reason. It seems strange that adding a spacer to the pass side raises the driver's side the same amount. It should not raise it at all lol. I have exteneded shocks 2" via the AEV brackets and am running a set of rear sway bar links up front so no binding on the sway bar or the shocks. strange indeed.
I've read that using front adjustable sway bar links and adjusting the passenger side longer helps correct the lean. I wonder if you disconnected your sway bar if the driver side would drop, if so then try the adjustable sway bar links trick.
Mine has the lean but it hasn't bothered me enough to try to address it... Yet...

A few things to consider.
Are you on 100% flat ground when measuring? While the ground may seem flat, just a small difference will change height 1/2" to 3/4" easily at one wheel well.
Also, maybe take some measurements, then drive around, stop at a different location, and take them again. Bet they are different. I have noticed when measuring mine, that if I pull up on the front bumper (unloading the suspension a little) and let go it will measure more than it I push down on the bumper and then measure. Many variables.
I would think, that adding a spacer on one side would not lift the other side. I don't see how that would even be possible. Shocks should not have anything to do with it either, unless they are different or adjustable.

I would expect a spacer on the front right to raise the left some, but maybe not exactly the same amount. The Jeep isn't all that wide so increasing one of the spring/spacer heights will affect the opposite side to some degree.
Is the front axle off center much? A lot of variables at play when it comes to a JK sitting perfectly level. I've never measured to see how level mine sits after the AEV 2.5 and 35s.
