2.5 means 2.5 - Rockkrawler Question.
Sounds dumb, so entertain me if this is stupid
I currently have a 2.5 teraflex BB on my jku.
I'm looking at getting a rockkrawler 2.5 max or X factor lift.
If I change it out will the jeep be taller?
If so how much?
Do the rockkrawler springs sag?

Rock Krawler uses the same spring for a 2 dr and a 4 dr so if you have a 2 dr expect a little more lift.
Also their advertised lift height is based on a fully outfitted rig. If yours is fairly stock you can expect a little more lift.
Hope that helps

I park in a garage that has a low ceiling a lot, so I'm just a tad worried about being too high.

Depends on the years I think. My buddy has a 2012 JKU with the 2.5 Flex System, I have a 2007 JK with the 2.5 X Factor...we were comparing them side by side a couple of weeks ago and he noticed that the springs are in fact different. My Jeep was also sitting a little higher. Both rigs are outfitted with winches, aftermarket front and rear bumpers, and 35/12.50R17's.

They now offer a triple rate spring front and rear. Years past was a progressive front and a linear rear.
Could make a slight difference.
Any spring with some age on it will settle a bit.

Oh no, you'll end up with more than that. I have a fully outfitted Jeep and I ended up with around 2 3/4" - 3". That's after it's had time to settle. I love it, and it looks great!

From what I read, most 2 door guys with this lift gain around 3.5". So, to be safe I would say plan on your Jeep being at least an inch taller (maybe pretend 2" for precaution).
Regardless, I highly doubt you are within 1-2" from hitting the low ceiling in the garage now, so you should be OK.
