Default Retorquing Suspension?

After installing lift kit how often do you check/retorque it?

Thanks!

I check mine every 6 months or so. But you should check the torque on bolts much more often if you use it hard off road. Maybe even after every trip. Never hurts and only takes about 15-20 minutes.
And like above after initial installation. Be sure that the jeeps is unloaded and parked on level ground. Also, after adding heavy accessories, it is advisable to loosen the track bar and control arm bolts, again on level ground, and re torque them with the new weight of the Jeep. This allows the rubber bushings to relax and reallocate to the new riding height. I know it is probably "OCD", but that is me.

I rechecked all of the bolts under there after about 1000 miles and then do a complete check every year to re-torque everything.

Found a couple slightly loose, nothing major.

Just to make sure, torque specs for control arms are 125 ft-lbs for everything except the upper fronts, which are 70, correct?

I recently had a BAD squeak and finally pulled my rear lowers. 1) They were so loose I could break the bolts with 1 hand and 2) Hadn't been greased since the lift was installed by the previous owner. I cleaned them up and retorqued them, so I know if they were like that, the rest are too, I'm going to hit them soon.

I am about to go re torque my suspension and replace the rear track bar. Can anyone verify these specs before I get started?

That is perfect!! Thank you. And I assume the suspension arms are the control arms.
