Default 2012+ cross over exhaust pipe

I've seen the positive reviews for the Rancho pipe ($60), but has any1 tried the Dynamax ($40 from Quadratec), or even gottne a local shop to bend and install 1?

Would the local shop be able to do Mandrel bends? Is that something some of them can afford?

Just an FYI they are the same pipe.
A good exhaust shop better have a mandrel bender, but their cost/install maybe more than our cost.

I don't know where I have been living, maybe under a rock???

I was just about to pull the trigger on the AFE Y-pipe kit to install when I put my 4.5" AEV lift on. I am looking at the two and it looks like they both basically do the same - IE...relocate the exhaust to allow for more clearance. What is the catch on the Rancho though? Does it not provide as much clearance as the AFE, but the benefit clearly being the cost?

There is ton of clearance, so save that money. Some don't like how it hangs down a bit though. There is a bit more cutting involved with ours though. If I recall the AFE is a pure bolt on option.

Sorry to somewhat hijack the thread...one more question though and I am done....

Since it hangs down, what has the feeback been on how it impacts the installation of skid plates? I assume this would not work if you did a full belly skid or something like that?

I know guys running full skids and they just spaced it out a bit with some washers for that extra clearance. It is like a 1/4" or so.
