Default Fab your own disconnects

I have looked for a thread on this. I have a 2007 jk with 33 inch tires and 2 inch spacer lift. I want to make my own quick disconnects. What should I use? And who has done this?

I'll bet you can't load your own threads, either. Something wrong with the system.
