Default Drag Link Replacement - Synergy???

I've done some research but want to be 100% before I pull the trigger.

I have an '07 Rubicon w/ 35s, a 2.5" Teraflex Budget Lift, 1.25" Rough Country Body Lift, and Synergy Front Track bar. I'm getting steering wobble from left to right at approx. 40 mph then tapers off. I disconnected the steering stabilizer and had a friend turn the steering back and forth. I found the drag link joints are both bad.

My question is with my set up, can I get buy purchasing only the Synergy High Steer drag link? Or do I need to purchase the Track Bar Bracket to flip to the top of the knuckle, or will i be fine just using the tie rod flip adapter w/ the 13/16" or 7/8 drill bit?

just get the synergy draglink only and run it in the stock location. You do not need to flip it with a 2.5 lift therefore you will not need an adapter or trackbar bracket

Thanks for the reply. I just thought that being I had a body lift too that it would require me to flip it.

I'll just go with the stock position.

body lift has nothing to do with your steering or suspension geometry. I run the same set up as you and have no problems. youll be pleased with the draglink its a solid piece

Synergy is a very nice drag link

Synergy Suspension Jeep JK High Steer Drag Link (PPM-8001)

uses same ends as the Tie rod also.

Synergy is the best IMO. Comes complete. No ordering ends or anything. Just pop off the stock and put the synergy in.

I just went thought the same thing as you. I thought I need the flip kit but you do not. Just the bar. Much beefier than stock too.

I got the rubicon express drag link in the stock location. It is much better than the stock. My steering is a lot more stable and has less slack than with the stock. It is not quite a strong as the Synergy but I got a unbeatable deal. Also nice that it uses off the shelf 1 ton rod ends.
