Default Rubbing with 3.25 lift with 35s

So I took it offroading after getting the new lift kit and tires and when all flexed out I rub in the back on the fenders.
Does this happen with all 2.5/3.25 lifts? it looks like I have so much room but still. I know I'm gonna have to add bump stops or get flat fenders but still I thought with this much lift I wouldn't need that

I have the rough country 3.25 kit meant for 4 doors on my 2 door. it's 2.5 coils with .75 spacers on it

Here's a pic of it level

If you put bigger tires on your jeep you need to add bump stop or run a flat fender for the needed clearance. The lift really has nothing to do with it. All the lift does it take away droop and increase up travel, all other things being equal.

Mine does it as well with the same lift and 35s... it actually happens so often that it now pops 1/2 of my fender off on the driver side... Flat Fenders is my next purchase

In order to run 35s with stock flares, you need 2.5" extended bumpstops.

Even with flat flares, extended bumpstops are needed in the rear to run 35s unless you are willing to cut as much as 1-1.5" or more off the rear fender well pinch seams.

The RC 3.25" lift is incomplete because it does not include extended bumpstops, adjustable front lower control arms, or an adjustable front trackbar.

Gotcha I just need to get bump stops now. And i know it's incomplete but so are all the other kits out there they don't give you that stuff, but for the price it's great . I added a front track bar, and I have the aev drop down brackets for the lower control arms (for now)

I'll also say people say it's a stiff ride, it was at first a very harsh ride but after 1,000 miles it settled down and rides better now, not harsh at all . Also this can be contributed to warmer temperatures now, Went from the single digits/teens to 50

Make sure that the softening isn't because the shocks are blown and leaking.

How does that make sense? I thought if I blew my shocks it would be incredibly bouncy? I'm not trying to sound like a condescending ahole lol I really don't know.

If they are leaking, they have less dampening pressure. This isn't the same as driving with no shocks.

Shocks should not soften up over time, there is no such thing as a break in. They are a sealed system, if the ride changes something has failed.
