OME has like 16 or 18 different coil numbers for the JK. Some sites will list them as light/medium/heavy, '+40' was the original designation for the 4" coils, some will also list them for a specific JK model (2dr/4dr/diesel), and then you factor in how much extra weight you have, or how much lift you want to achieve. Clear as mud, huh.
So figure that for a given JK model, a 'light' coil, a 'medium' coil, and a 'heavy' coil will get progressively stiffer to handle weight better, and also give taller lift heights. (even though they may all be listed as 2"...)

Now if I go with a 4" do I need to change anything else like drive shafts or brake lines or anything like that?

You'll also want to do extended brake lines.
And you may also need a new front skinnier DS
Maybe I'll just do the 2.5" because my goal is to run 35's and turn my jeep into a safari rig so I can just go out on trails to my middle of nowhere and not have to worry about anything

For that specific kit: do a quick search on Cam Bolts. And as noted above, do more searching on the steering correction options (drag link flip / drop pitman), and the options for if (when) you lose a driveshaft.

Unless you have a very heavy jeep I would recommend the 2" no load coils, not sure on the part number but it will gain you a little more then 2". Many people make the mistake and buy the hd coils and end up with 3"+ of lift and that typically causes other problems that need to be addressed.
