Default 15x8 wheels on a JK

I'm getting 33x12.50x15 tires and I was wondering if I can fit 15x8 wheels on them also I've been told that JK's have a 5x5 bolt pattern. WIll 15x8 wheels be a problem? I have a 2008 Jeep Wrangler sahara unlimited (4door) JK. Thank you

Yes certain 15x8 rims will work just do your research. I have them on my 2010. Yes the JK is 5 on 5 spacing on the rims.

On some of the 15" wheels you will need to grind a little bit of the brake caliper. The section that you need to grind is the raised casting edges.

You will also want to keep in mind that some mods down the line might not work. The Synergy tie rod for instance will only work with a steel wheel that is 3.75 of back spacing. Some aluminum wheels might work with this tie rod but not all of them.

I hope this helped.

Rebel racing sahara matte black 15x8 wheels fit just fine for me. The 10's are where I settled though. Discount tire direct and some vendors (smashboogie) may also be able to help you out with getting wheels that fit shipped to your door.

No that won't work. 5x5 is 5x5

I also ran MB Razors 15x8" wheels from DTD with 33x12.5-15 Duratracs without issues on my 2012 Rubi before moving up to 35's. Keep in mind though that the industry is moving away from 15" truck tires and wheels so future availability may be limited
