Default Installing Grade 8 bolt kit... can't get hole to line up

Can't get the holes to line up for the passenger side LCA to get the new bolts back in. I can get the front, or the rear, but not both. It's off by about 1/16-1/8. Any suggestions?

Have someone grab the tire and roll it forwards or back to line things up.

If you are alone, use a heavy duty ratchet strap to pull the axle towards either the rear or front of the vehicle.
